Mike Moore wants us to believe Judge Lackey committed perjury on something that really wasn’t germane to the bribery or the case. Simply stating why he didn’t go to the AG’s office.
If Stallings made no mention of the conversation with Lackey, why would he have told Lackey to call the AG’s office?
