Langston sentenced to 3 years in bribery case

Disbarred Booneville lawyer Joey Langston will serve three years in prison and pay a $250,000 fine for his part in attempting to bribe a Hinds County judge.

U.S. District Judge Michael Mills handed down the sentence today in the judicial corruption case. He ordered Langston to report to a federal prison to be determined by Jan. 15.

Folks, that is a judge sending a HUGE message.  The only one that hasn’t gotten maxed out was Backstrom.

Hell yea Justice done, In my opinion not full justice but justice none the less ,Judge Mills used what he had at hand and sentenced within his power ,its a start at attempting to put our system back in order ......
