It is actually refreshing to see a member of Congress that will put up with an a** like this in such a dignified manner.  And for that member to be one of “ours” is especially good.  Thad responded to every question this guy asked, and did so while maintaining his usual dignified manner, despite the fact that the “blogger” wasn’t making much sense in many of his arguments.  Don’t know much about the particular issue he was being asked about - haven’t heard it as one of those burning national issues currently facing our nation - but Thad seemed to have a reasonable basis for his vote despite the blogger’s mindset.

The blogger was obviously one of Franken’s boys.  You can be sure that Franken would never be as congenial or even courteous to a conservative blogger.

Mike Stark is from firedoglake dot com and is not affiliated with Franken.  He was very polite and asked very good questions.  Cochran didn’t seem to mind answering his questions.

“I don’t think that forcing women who have been ganged raped to work with their rapists and then to deny them their day in court isin anybody’s interest” [except for the rapists, course]. Cochran says it’s up to judicial review but he doesn’t support women to have their day in court.

Oh and our congressman for the 3rd districts says We hunt liberal, tree-hugging Democrats, although it does seem like a waste of good ammunition and then says it’s all in fun!  Yep, you Republicans are one class acts.  Stay Classy!
