“Ignoring the problem won’t fix anything, and we have a lot of roads and bridges to fix.”
Today, the Bill Waller for Governor campaign released a new television ad focusing on addressing Mississippi’s roads and bridges crisis.
“When it comes to rebuilding our roads and bridges in Mississippi, leadership matters,” Waller says in the ad. “Ignoring the problem won’t fix anything, and we have a lot of roads and bridges to fix. Mississippi has almost 5,000 miles of state highways in need of repair, and more than 400 bridges are in poor condition or closed. The situation is critical. I’m running for Governor to bring conservative solutions to our toughest challenges—like fixing our roads and bridges. I’m committed to making it happen,” Waller concludes in the ad.
This new television ad, titled “Roads” is the third ad released by the campaign in the Republican primary election. The Waller campaign will continue to focus on the critical issues facing Mississippi’s economy including rebuilding our roads and bridges, saving rural health care, supporting our teachers with pay raise and better preparing high school students with workforce training opportunities for the future.
