Tired of squinting or grabbing a magnifying glass every time you want to read an important document? Well, HB 214 authored by Rep. Banks would do away with the small print and make sure it becomes large enough to read.
The bill authorizes that after July 1, 2020 all contracts should be written in at least 10 point font.
The stipulations also include any instructions for completion on a buy/sell contract be listed in 10 point font, while the body of the contract in 12 point.
