Dr. Jason Dean, the chairman of the Mississippi State Board of Education, joined Y’all Politics Managing Editor Frank Corder for a Facebook Live interview Friday morning.

The two discussed how schools are adapting to the changing environment due to the coronavirus pandemic and what is next for consideration as education policy shifts to account for times such as these.

Dean also gave some perspective on graduations, summer and fall athletics, and funding schools are going to receive as a result of the CARES Act passed by Congress.
