In less than a month, the New Orleans Saints will kickoff their first preseason game, traveling to the Arizona Cardinals in a nationally televised game on ESPN.
In less than two months, the Saints will open their regular season in the Louisiana Superdome against NFC South rival Tampa Bay.
The question all Saints fans want to know is if the team will rebound from a disappointing 7-9 record last season.
To answer that question, the team will have to answer a handful of other questions.
THE RUNNING BACKS
For a team that predominantly passes the football, the Saints running back tandem of Deuce McAllister and Reggie Bush might be the biggest key to success.
McAllister went down with a torn ACL last season and has undergone a couple surgeries since then. Bush reportedly played with a knee injury for most of last season, before missing the final four games due to injury.
How those players bounce back will no doubt impact the Saints final record.
