Anthony Dixon ready for draft

They’re excited because of Dixon’s potential. After a four-year career essentially re-writing the Mississippi State rushing record book, Dixon and teammate Jamar Chaney are poised to become the highest-drafted Bulldog since Jerious Norwood went in the third round in 2006 – and maybe since Fred Smoot went in the second round in 2001.

Mississippi State fans are well aware of the potential, hence the crush on him for autographs at Saturday’s spring football game. He spent much of the first half with his back toward the action, indulging fans who wanted his signature.
