AUBURN — Running backs Brad Lester and Tristan Davis are back “at full speed” after missing much of the last two weeks of practice, Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville said.
Both players have been plagued by hamstring injuries, although Lester’s absence appeared more precautionary than serious. Tuberville has hinted that Davis may be in a tougher situation. The head coach said Friday that coaches won’t push Davis unless he is 100 percent.
Teammate Ben Tate said that didn’t appear to be the case.
