Bobby DeLaughter completes post-prison supervised release

Bobby DeLaughter, a former circuit judge caught up in Mississippi’s judicial bribery scandal, is no longer on post-prison supervised release.

U.S. District Judge Glen H. Davidson’s order was filed Tuesday. The government did not oppose DeLaughter’s request.

In a motion filed in U.S. District Court in July, DeLaughter said he had “successfully completed” more than half of his supervised release term and has complied with all its terms.
