The Bipartisan Policy Center is hosting its fourth annual political summit at Tulane University in New Orleans after the elections, on Nov. 15.
The lineup includes the bipartisan duo of Mary Matalin and James Carville as hosts, plus former U.S. Sen. Trent Lott and former Ag Sec. Dan Glickman as political leaders. There is also a long slate of top Democratic and Republican strategists, former and current elected officials, journalists and social media representatives.
The goal of the summit, titled “Beyond the Ballot,” is to have “honest and constructive dialogue focused on how to achieve and implement politically-viable solutions to address the problems facing the nation.”
