Renaissance developer gets public records sealed

A Madison County developer has been granted a protective order, barring the release of public records related to the Renaissance development in Ridgeland.

The protective order was sought by developer Andrew Mattiace in response to The Clarion-Ledger requesting documents from the Mississippi Development Authority relating to the proposed Renaissance phase III and the Mississippi Tourism Incentive Program, a now defunct state tax rebate.
