College football coaches still lining up for rising pay

If you want a good measure of just how expansive the gap between the richest programs and poorest programs in the NCAA has grown, look no further than the University of Alabama’s football coaching staff.
Alabama will shell out $6.5 million this season to Nick Saban and his assistants. If the Crimson Tide reach the Southeastern Conference championship and a bowl game, the school will be paying its coaching staff at least $464,285 per game.
