College football has an agent problem, but what does the NCAA do about it?

GAINESVILLE — After seeing lives complicated and collegiate athletic programs devastated by improper player-agent dealings over the years, Ricky Nattiel wished things would have changed by now.
Nattiel was a star receiver for the Florida Gators in the mid-1980s. He says an agent back then took him into a hotel room and offered $50,000 cash.
Nattiel said he left the room without the money, but the latest dealings with college football and the NCAA have Nattiel thinking that players and agents haven’t learned.
Five major college programs have recently attracted NCAA scrutiny because of players’ alleged run-ins with agents.
