Congressman Palazzo Sworn into Third Term
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Steven Palazzo (MS-4), was sworn into the 114th Congress today, entering his third term serving Mississippi’s 4th Congressional District.
“I’m honored by the faith and trust South Mississippians have placed in me to once again represent their views and values in Congress. Over the past four years I’ve fought to defend those conservative values that make this country great and provide solutions to better the lives of hardworking Americans.
“I’ve continued to stand my ground on the hard-hitting issues in Washington, DC and allowed South Mississippi’s voice to be heard. Just as I did on the first day I entered Congress, I remain committed to creating jobs, restoring our economy, and supporting the common defense of this nation.
“As we enter into a new year and a new Congress, I am hopeful and confident about the conservative victories that lie ahead. In 2015 I will continue to put South Mississippi’s priorities first and fight to repeal Obamacare, cut red tape, secure our borders, and ensure our men and women in uniform have the resources they need to defend the freedoms of our great nation…. The best nation in the world”
