Greatness of L.T. is forgotten too soon

Taking a step back from the current, somewhat ugly specter that hangs over the imminent departure of LaDainian Tomlinson, we must pause to appreciate what he gave us for most of his nine years as a Charger.
There was a time, remember, when he was seemingly setting records on a weekly basis. We never have seen anything like it, and we maybe never will again.
I remember a time when I was writing every single Sunday about some unprecedented feat or how no one had done something quicker, about him carrying a team from behind or cementing a victory.
