Florida’s Urban Meyer took heat last week in light of Tim Tebow’s tweaking of his throwing mechanics. Tebow told ESPN that he’s “never been asked to shorten or quicken my release and not have a loop in it.” Analysts jumped on the trend and held Meyer responsible for Tebow’s development.
