As the Granite Status first reported last Thursday, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour will be in the state on March 27 and 28.

Barbour will speak to Republicans in Lebanon on March 27 and visit KRL Bantry Components in Manchester on March 28. The business is owned by the family of long-time Republican operative B.J. Perry.

Also as first reported by the Granite Status in recent weeks, Barbour’s political action committee has hired top New Hampshire political consultants Mike Dennehy and Paul Young.

Also, on March, 29, the New Hampshire Republican Party plans a major fund-raiser featuring Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus.
