Whatever the case, Gunn once looked like the benevolent leader compared to the iron-fisted Reeves in the Senate. Here lately, Reeves seems more congenial and the overseer of a well-oiled chamber while Gunn appears to be trying to wield a pretty heavy hammer that he hasn’t quite gotten the hang of swinging.
