In the latest weekly HeismanPundit.com poll, Mallett ranks fourth and Ingram is tied for sixth. Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson ranks first with 10 of 13 first-place votes and 31 points. Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor (three first-place votes) and Kellen Moore are tied for second with 18 points. Mallett has seven points.
Ingram and Nebraska quarterback Taylor Martinez each received one point (a third-place vote). Ingram missed Alabama’s first two games because of a knee injury but ran nine times for 151 yards and two touchdowns at Duke.
