Rush Propst called it “a brilliant move.”
You might think the former Hoover High coach would be a bit camera-shy or photo-negative after MTV documented the school’s 2005 and 2006 seasons, on and off the field.
It was just the start of harsh lights shining on the program and its coach. You could argue that what started when MTV arrived didn’t end until Propst resigned in 2007.
Once you let cameras in, you never know what might develop.
