The Government clears up its position about Zach Scruggs’s discovery request

I think it can be fairly said that the Government has indicated an objection here. A couple of other things are clear. The Government lays out what it’s positions will be in the hearing: First, that Zach Scruggs has to prove actual factual innocence, that he did not know one of the codefendants was using money as part of the plan to corruptly influence Judge Lackey, and that such use of money was not reasonably forceable.
