WASHINGTON, D.C.— Rep. Steven Palazzo (R-MS), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, today said the following regarding the Civilian Force Structure impacts at Keesler Air Force Base:

“It is never good news to hear of lost jobs at our South Mississippi installations. However, be reassured that the mission at Keesler is still a vital part of our nation’s Air Force. Keesler continues to increase the number of technical graduates and its assets in the reserve component. Keesler is here to stay. Under my watch, I’ll continue to advocate for our South Mississippi installations, their missions, and the civilians that proudly serve our military and our community.” – Congressman Steven Palazzo (R-MS).
