Rebels getting healthy; Dogs face challenge

There is an outside chance that Ole Miss could get one of its injured players back for this weekend’s series at No. 11 Georgia.
Junior infielder Evan Button (back) could be ready to play before the end of the season, Ole Miss coach Mike Bianco said.
Closer to coming back is outfielder Michael Guerrero (foot). He could possibly get on the field at Georgia this weekend, but that’s a long shot.
Guerrero, a first-year junior college transfer, had shown some pretty good pop with nine doubles, four home runs and 30 RBIs before his injury 12 games ago.
Junior college transfer catcher Kyle Henson has now been cleared by the NCAA but has been shelved by an injury. He was suspended for 28 games for what amounted to a paper work infraction, but just before he was cleared, he stretched ligaments in his elbow while throwing in practice.
