Redistricting has candidates, voters confused
Candidate Billy Redd feels turned around when it comes to Madison County’s upcoming elections.
The Madison resident qualified to run as a Republican for the District 2 seat on the Board of Supervisors well before the March 1 deadline, but the board’s approval of a redistricting map last week landed Redd in District 3.
