Speaker Gunn calls Rep. Carpenter’s comments “completely inappropriate”

Speaker Philip Gunn on Rep. Bubba Carpenter’s recent comment:

“The comments of Rep. Carpenter were completely inappropriate. They don’t reflect the attitude of the Republican Party or House leadership.”
