“They have families, and believe it or not, most law enforcement who work for municipalities across the state, believe it or not, make less than 10 dollars an hour. We need proper legislation to protect the men and women who work in law enforcement to make sure they are protected and that we give every maximum penalty for anyone who would attack our law enforcement and firemen,” he said.
