Terrific tandems: the best QB-WR combinations in college football

There might not be a Penn State Kerry Collins-to-Bobby Engram or Southern Cal Matt Leinart-to-Dwayne Jarrett combination among the best quarterback-wide receiver tandems in 2009.
But there are a handful of duos that can take over a game and carry a program. Here’s ranking the best:

1. QB Zac Robinson and WR Dez Bryant, Oklahoma State
Skills: Bryant slides into the Percy Harvin/Jeremy Maclin role as the nation’s top playmaker on the perimeter. Robinson, lost amid the Big 12’s quarterback bonanza, throws and runs well, and has as many weapons as any quarterback in the country.
