Union endorsed Bill Luckett says Phil Bryant lacks vision, skills

MOSELLE, MS (WDAM) – With the run off election in the Democratic race for Governor set for two weeks, candidate Bill Luckett visited WDAM on Thursday to discuss his campaign.

Luckett said his goal is to beat Republican Gubernatorial Candidate, Phil Bryant. Luckett’s desire to enter the race stemmed in part from his strong opposition to having Bryant potentially take over as the state’s Governor.

Luckett described Phil Bryant as lacking vision and leadership skills. Luckett said he would make appointments in state government that reflect Mississippi’s diversity. As far as Luckett’s campaign goes, he is currently trying to increase his visibility statewide.
