Police take deeper look into case involving pictures of Cochran’s wife

Madison County investigators and prosecutors met Monday morning, and now they are sending out new subpoenas seeking phone records and emails.

Clayton Kelly was arrested Friday for taking pictures of Rose Cochran at St. Catherine’s Village in Madison. The Cochran family said she suffers dementia and has been at the nursing home since 2000.

Kelly’s attorney said his client didn’t sneak into the nursing home, but walked in. The attorney said St. Catherine’s personnel gave Kelly a parking pass.

“Well, we are looking to see if other people are involved, and just trying to get to the source of the investigation,” said Madison Police Assistant Chief Robert Sanders.
